i was so fucking productive today
fuck, why can’t i be like this all the time
thought
people who aren’t funny but think they’re funny suck so bad
weird.
moving in with the boyf soon. just because the house i live in sucks and i’m always at his place anyway and he has an empty room and we only have 3 months left in boston. i don’t really have any doubts about our living together.. i have worries that it’s going to be that much harder when we leave in june.

i’ve finally broken my 4-5 month hiatus from running, which is probably the longest time off i’ve taken in the 10 years that i’ve been a runner. it’s been less than a week and i already feel better than i have in forever. i’ll never slack for so long again.
valentines
ended up spending last night with pedro instead of shooting. i’m a sucker. but it was the most perfect night.

i’ve decided i might want to try to print my creative imaging portfolio on watercolor paper and add some of my own ink and paint. not sure what the prices are like at blick, or how easy it is to feed painting paper through the school’s printers, but that’d be a pretty sick project if i got my act together.
!!!
ummm just learned that my school checks out lensbaby kits?! totally checking one out for my creative imaging assignment this week. ideally i’d like to shoot christie horseback riding and make a pretty/wintery/ethereal scene out of it, but i can only do it sunday and i’m not sure we’ll be able to work it out. i need to think of other ideas.

tonight was awesome,
i finally got a chance to catch up with marina! it was great to spend time with her. we spent the entire evening together, and the whole point was to shoot for fashion, but i only took pictures for about 20 minutes. we diiiid shoot on the rooftop of her apartment, though.. so that has to count for something. i practiced with my flashes but i didn’t really get anything mind-blowing, and i...

north end!
all day
i have not been shooting for this project nearly enough. it makes me miss the accessibility of my allston neighborhood project, but i really love the people i’ve met and the pictures i’ve made in the north end so far.
my next lens purchase will be this
http://www.amazon.com/Canon-Standard-Medium-Telephoto-Cameras/dp/B00009XVCZ
i’m thinking in the very near future after i sell my 24-70 to steph.
i’m considering buying this one relatively soon, too. it’s one of the most reasonably priced (and most light-weight!!!) l-series lenses! what a dream to be able to replace my kit 18-55mm, ahhhh
